Lifting Fee definition

Lifting Fee means the fees payable by the Customer to GCCM under this Agreement as set out in Item 7 of the Schedule.

Examples of Lifting Fee in a sentence

  • Suspension Lifting Fee the Additional Fee for lifting a Suspension applicable as set out in clause 17.5. Technology Fund a notional credit provided by Orange that can only be used by the Customer to purchase Equipment at the List Price in accordance with the terms of this Business Agreement, and which has no cash redemption or equivalent value.

Related to Lifting Fee

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Tipping Fee ’ means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).

  • Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;
