Retail seller means any person that sells any dangerous drug to consumers without assuming control over and responsibility for its administration. Mere advice or instructions regarding administration do not constitute control or establish responsibility.
Contributors means any organization(s), entity(ies) and/or individual(s) providing technology and/or patent rights related to the ATCC Material, or original material to ATCC for deposit.
Sellers has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.
Buyer has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.
Honeywell has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Buyer Parties means Buyer, its respective Affiliates and the former, current or future equity holders and Representatives of each of the foregoing.
Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.
Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.
CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
Keystone means Keystone Underwriting Pty Ltd ABN 78 601 944 763 as Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 000468712) of Keystone Underwriting Australia Pty Ltd ABN 59 634 715 674 AFSL 518224 which is acting on behalf of Underwriters.
LPN means licensed practical nurse.

Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.
