Life Cycle Payment definition

Life Cycle Payment means the payment described in Section 1.1(b) of Schedule 8 [Payments];
Life Cycle Payment means the payment described in Section 2.1(b) of this Schedule;
Life Cycle Payment means the sum for each Payment Period set out in Appendix 8B [Periodic Payment], Table 2 [Life Cycle Payments];

Related to Life Cycle Payment

  • Life-cycle cost means the expected total cost of ownership during the life of a product, including disposal costs.

  • life cycle means all consecutive and/or interlinked stages, including research and development to be carried out, production, trading and its conditions, transport, use and maintenance, throughout the existence of the product or the works or the provision of the service, from raw material acquisition or generation of resources to disposal, clearance and end of service or utilisation;

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service.   • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Contribution Period means the period specified in Article VI for which Employer Contributions shall be made.
