Licencor definition

Licencor means FutureMedia Pty Ltd.
Licencor means the individual or entity that offers the Work under the terms of this Licence and in particular, SoundSnap or the Original Author who has granted permission to use the Work.

Examples of Licencor in a sentence

  • The Licencor is not responsible for any damage to the Licencee’s contents no matter how the damage occurs.

  • Any contents remaining on the Premises after the academic year has ended, being the 20th of May 2022 will be disposed of by the Licencor at the cost of the Licencee which costs may be deducted from the Security Deposit.

  • The Licencee must pay the Charges within the period of 30 days after the request for the Software has been received by the Licencor in accordance with Clause 8 The standalone executable will be downloaded by the Licencee from the Licencor;s website and the Licencor will email the activation file within 10 Business Days of the payment being receiving.

  • Licencor does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted of error free.

  • The Licencor makes no representations or warranties concerning the condition or the suitability of the Premises for the Licencee’s intended purposes and the Licencee accepts the Premises “as is”.

Related to Licencor

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990;
