Liberty Media Common Stock definition

Liberty Media Common Stock means Distributing’s Series A Liberty Media Common Stock, Series B Liberty Media Common Stock, and Series C Liberty Media Common Stock.
Liberty Media Common Stock means, subject to Section 12.04 and Section 12.05, shares of Series A Liberty Media Common Stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share.
