LEASED STORE definition

LEASED STORE means a Facility that is not an Acquired Store or a Self-Developed Leased Store and which is (i) leased directly to Borrower by the landlord; or (ii) sublet to Borrower; or (iii) the lease for which is assigned to Borrower, with or without a concurrent amendment entered into by Borrower with the landlord.
LEASED STORE has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 4.5.

Related to LEASED STORE

  • Leased space means the individual storage space at the self-service facility which is rented to an occupant pursuant to a rental agreement.

  • Leased Assets shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
