Lead-acid batteries means automotive and related batteries that are comprised of lead plates with an acid electrolyte, and does not include nickel-cadmium batteries, drycell (flashlight) batteries or batteries used in calculators, watches, hearing aids or similar devices.
Lead-acid batteries means batteries from automobiles, trucks, other vehicles and machinery and equipment which shall be stored in a manner that protects them from the elements to avoid corrosion and leakage.
