Late Notice Actual Costs Claim Notice has the meaning specified in paragraph 9.3;
Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a).
Expected Claim Notice means a notice that, as a result of a legal proceeding instituted by or written claim made by a third party, an Indemnified Party reasonably expects to incur Damages for which it is entitled to indemnification under Article VI.
Payment Date Statement means a report prepared by the Administrator setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Offering Memorandum, which will be in such form as is required under the Offering Memorandum and otherwise as agreed upon between the Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.
Indemnity Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(b).
Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
Third Party Claim Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;
Xxxx Dispute Notice means the notice issued by a Party raising a Dispute regarding a Monthly Xxxx or a Supplementary Xxxx issued by the other Party;
Disagreement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3.1(b).
Due notice means notice published at least twice, with an interval of at least six days between the two publication dates, in a newspaper or other publication of general circulation within the appropriate area; or, if no such publication of general circulation be available, by posting at a reasonable number of conspicuous places within the appropriate area, suchposting to include, where possible, posting at public places where it may be customary to post notices concerning county or municipal affairs generally. At any hearing held pursuant to such notice, at the time and place designated in such notice, adjournment may be made from time to time without the necessity of renewing such notice for such adjourned dates.
Indemnification Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Claims Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Tax Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(a).
Direct Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 8.05(c).
Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Indemnification Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3(a).
Reasonable Expenses means the reasonable expenses of Employees or Personnel, as the case may be, for which those Employees or Personnel may be reimbursed under the Operator’s usual expense account practice, as accepted by the Management Committee; including without limiting generality, any relocation expenses necessarily incurred in order to properly staff the Mining Operations if the relocation is approved by the Management Committee.
Valuation Notice means the notice given by the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.5(b) or Section 8.6(a) and stating the Initial Value at which a Purchase Right is to be exercised or at which a Repurchase Obligation is to be effected.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Step-Out Notice has the meaning given to it in Section 8.1.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Administrative Agent to a Collection Bank.
Closing Date Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(b).
Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
