Kinderhook means Kinderhook Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its headquarters in New York, New York, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, portfolio companies (including but not limited to CWS and EcoSouth), divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
Kinderhook means Kinderhook Industries, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Kinderhook shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2(b).
