  • All data, written analysis, reports, or laboratory results performed by or at the direction of a Joint Contractor shall be shared with all Parties.

  • The Parties may jointly determine to terminate a Joint Contractor at any time and without cause.

  • The Grantee shall pay Repair Costs directly to the Joint Contractor or Joint Emergency Contractor according to the terms of the Asset Management Agreement or Emergency Repair Agreement, as applicable.

  • The County shall prepare as-built drawings in a mutually- acceptable level of detail depicting the location of the IRU Fibers, the Leased Conduit and the Shared Assets, in a mutually-acceptable electronic format (including GIS map files and CAD drawings) suitable for use by the Joint Contractor and for Grantee to conduct due diligence for the Additional Conduit pursuant to Section 6.2.2. All such documentation shall be made available to the Joint Contractor upon execution of the Asset Management Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Grantee shall have no property ownership interest in the Leased Assets, any other component of the County Network, or the Third-Party Laterals, whether installed by or at the expense of the County, the Grantee, the Joint Contractor, or any contractor or other agent retained solely by the Grantee.
