All data, written analysis, reports, or laboratory results performed by or at the direction of a Joint Contractor shall be shared with all Parties.
The Parties may jointly determine to terminate a Joint Contractor at any time and without cause.
Each Party will give the other Parties at least ten (10) days advance notice of any meeting and 20-hour advance notice (at least one business day) of any telephone conference scheduled with MassDEP or a Joint Contractor relating to matters involving the Work.
The Joint Contractor shall maintain a ticketing system to coordinate the access to the Shared Assets, the details and specifications of which will be further set out and defined in the Asset Management Agreement.

If Grantee fails to remedy the damage or interference within such thirty (30) day period (or such shorter period of time, as further set out in the Emergency Repair Agreement), the County shall have the right to have such Repair work that may be needed to remedy the damage or interference performed by the Joint Contractor or Joint Emergency Contractor at the direction of the County, and the Grantee shall be responsible for the associated Repair Costs.
The Grantee shall pay Repair Costs directly to the Joint Contractor or Joint Emergency Contractor according to the terms of the Asset Management Agreement or Emergency Repair Agreement, as applicable.
The County shall prepare as-built drawings in a mutually- acceptable level of detail depicting the location of the IRU Fibers, the Leased Conduit and the Shared Assets, in a mutually-acceptable electronic format (including GIS map files and CAD drawings) suitable for use by the Joint Contractor and for Grantee to conduct due diligence for the Additional Conduit pursuant to Section 6.2.2. All such documentation shall be made available to the Joint Contractor upon execution of the Asset Management Agreement.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Grantee shall have no property ownership interest in the Leased Assets, any other component of the County Network, or the Third-Party Laterals, whether installed by or at the expense of the County, the Grantee, the Joint Contractor, or any contractor or other agent retained solely by the Grantee.
