Job Summary. This position performs with a high degree of independence under the direction of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, with oversight from the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. This employee is responsible for the administration of a comprehensive Risk Management program that will encompass Audit Administration, Compliance Programs and Security Administration.
