Recipient Responsibilities Recipients shall use funds awarded through this Grant Agreement to help a Recipient increase access to therapeutic services through the use of behavioral health mobile applications, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein and as described in the Grant Solicitation, and grant application. All funds awarded to the Recipient under this Grant Agreement must be expended prior to March 31, 2025.
