Japan NDA definition

Japan NDA or “JNDA” means the Japanese equivalent of an NDA filed with the Koseisho (i.e., the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare, or any successor agency thereto).

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application to the appropriate Regulatory Authority for approval to sell the Product (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular country or regulatory jurisdiction.

  • Distillery manufacturing license means a license issued in accordance with

  • Drug Approval Application means, with respect to a Licensed Product in the Territory, an application for Regulatory Approval for such product in a country in the Territory.   • Manufacturing Know-How means, with respect to the Product or any Variant thereof, the technology, data, designs, processes, methods, specifications and other know-how used in connection with the formulation, manufacture, labeling, packaging, quality control, release testing, and production of the Product, and all ingredients used therein and portions thereof.

  • MHLW means the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan, or the successor thereto.

  • non-IOM country means a country that is not the Isle of Man;

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Major Country means the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
