Issuer Principal Receipts definition

Issuer Principal Receipts means, in relation to the First Issuer, the First Issuer Principal Receipts and in relation to any New Issuer, the principal amounts repaid by Funding in respect of the Intercompany Loan of such Issuer;
Issuer Principal Receipts means, for each Interest Payment Date, the amount that is 99 per cent. of the Principal Receipts received during the related Calculation Period;
Issuer Principal Receipts means, in respect of any Collections in respect of the SME Bonds, the aggregate of items (b), (e), (f) and (g) referred to in the definition of Issuer Receipts together with any surplus proceeds from the issue of the Notes after payment of the Initial Purchase Price for the SME Bonds on the Closing Date;
