ISP Provider definition

ISP Provider means “Internet Service Provider” as defined in Schedule 5 to the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

  • The devices will be up to date devices which are used in Europe and are able to communicate via the Internet network (ISP Provider) and the GSM telephony network (2G/3G/4G).

Related to ISP Provider

  • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • System Provider means and includes a person who operates an authorised payment system as defined in Section 2 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007;
