  • No waiver by the CPA Contractor of one breach of any obligation or provision of this Deed (expressed or implied) will operate as a waiver of another breach of the same or of any other obligation or provision of this Deed (expressed or implied).

  • The Confidant and the CPA Contractor irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT in respect of all matters arising from this Deed.
