Within twenty (20) days of notice by Contractor to Continental that United has elected to extend the United CPA, Contractor shall provide notice to Continental of the number of Uncovered Aircraft Subleases that Contractor wishes to extend.
Upon receiving instruction from CPA, Contractor shall submit the required disclosures to TEC by completing TEC Form 1295, Certificate of Interested Parties.

In particular, but without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, the CPA Contractor may require that the Confidant procure the execution of a confidentiality undertaking in these terms and conditions by the person to whom the Confidant proposes to disclose the Confidential Information.
No waiver by the CPA Contractor of one breach of any obligation or provision of this Deed (expressed or implied) will operate as a waiver of another breach of the same or of any other obligation or provision of this Deed (expressed or implied).
The Confidant and the CPA Contractor irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT in respect of all matters arising from this Deed.
