Internationally Recruited Member of Staff. , means a Member of Staff who is based in Monaco and engaged to deliver the substantive work of the IHO in any location or country and who therefore receives a compensation package which is established with reference to the global labour market, in order to attract and retain the best available talent from all Member States.

  • A rental subsidy is not paid for the period during which an Internationally Recruited Member of Staff is receiving a Daily Subsistence Allowance, usually the first 15 days following arrival at the Secretariat.
