Interim Capital Lease Obligations Calculation definition

Interim Capital Lease Obligations Calculation means a calculation of the aggregate amount of the Capital Lease Obligations as of the Interim Balance Sheet Date as reflected on the Interim Balance Sheet. The Interim Capital Lease Obligations Calculation shall be prepared using the same methodologies and assumptions used in connection with the preparation of the determination of the Capital Lease Obligations set forth on Schedule 1.1A and in a manner consistent with GAAP and Seller’s historical accounting policies.
