Examples of Interfacing Software in a sentence

  • The Licensee further understands that updates or modifications to the Bose Materials may: (a) remove or restrict previously existing functionality and/or (b) require the Licensee to update or modify its Interfacing Software.

  • Transit Agency further understands that updates or modifications to the Genfare Materials or the Genfare Products may (a) remove or restrict previously existing functionality and/or (b) require Transit Agency to update or modify the Transit Agency Software or the Third-Party Interfacing Software.

  • The Licensee further understands that updates or modifications to the HEAL-Link API may: (a) remove or restrict previously existing functionality and/or (b) require the Licensee to update or modify its Interfacing Software.

  • Subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this License Agreement, Bose grants the Licensee a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non- transferrable and non-sub-licensable license to use the Bose Materials for the sole purpose of developing Interfacing Software to interface with and interoperate with the Bose Equipment through the API.

  • Unless otherwise expressly approved by Bose beforehand in writing, the Licensee may not make any statement, press release or other public communication regarding this License Agreement or the use of the Bose Materials, nor may the Licensee state or imply any endorsement of the Licensee or of any Interfacing Software by Bose or any of its Affiliates.

  • In any distribution of the Interfacing Software, the Licensee will retain and reproduce in their entirety any disclaimers, copyright notices or other proprietary notices, if any, provided with the Bose Materials.

  • Transit Agency is responsible for any upgrades or updates to the Transit Agency Software not provided by Genfare or Third-Party Interfacing Software not provided by Genfare required to maintain interoperability with the Genfare Materials.

  • Genfare has no obligation to update the Genfare Materials to be compatible with new versions or releases of Transit Agency Software or Third-Party Interfacing Software not provided by Genfare or to modify the Genfare Materials to provide additional features or functionalities.

  • The Licensee further understands that updates or modifications to the Qonto API may: (a) remove or restrict previously existing functionality and/or (b) require the Licensee to update or modify its Interfacing Software.

  • Bose agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from the Licensee under this License Agreement in or to any Interfacing Software.

Related to Interfacing Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
