Interests several. The rights of the Lenders under this Agreement are several.
Interests several. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement (but without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement relating to or requiring action by the Majority Banks) the interests of the Creditors are several and the amount due to any Creditor is a separate and independent debt. Each Creditor shall have the right to protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for any other Creditor to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose.

The Agent, each Arranger, the Security Trustee and each Bank shall have the right to protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for the Agent, any Arranger, the Security Trustee or any Bank (as the case may be) to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose.

Each Finance Party shall have the right to protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for any other Finance Party to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose.
Interests several. 2.4 Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement the interests of the Creditor are several and the amount due to the Facility Agent or the Security Trustee (for its own account) and to each other Creditor is a separate and independent debt. The Facility Agent, the Security Trustee and each other Creditor shall have the right to protect and enforce their respective rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for the Facility Agent, the Security Trustee or any other Creditor (as the case may be) to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose.

Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement (but without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement relating to or requiring action by the Majority Lenders) the interests of the Finance Parties are several and the amount due to each of the Finance Parties is a separate and independent debt. Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement (including any requirement for action to be approved or instigated by, or with the consent or approval of, the Majority Lenders and, without limitation, clause 26.4), each of the Finance Parties shall have the right to protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for any other Finance Party to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose.

Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement (but without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement relating to or requiring action by the Majority Lenders) the interests of the Facility Agent, the Arranger, the Security Trustee and the Lenders are several and the amount due to the Facility Agent (for its own account), to the Arranger, to the Security Trustee and to each Lender is a separate and independent debt. The Facility Agent, the Arranger, the Security Trustee and each Lender shall (subject to the express provisions of this Agreement (including clause 16.18) and the other Facility Documents) have the right to protect and enforce their respective rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for the Facility Agent, the Arranger, the Security Trustee or any Lender (as the case may be) to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose, provided however that no Lender acting alone in its capacity as a Lender shall be entitled to declare an Event of Default.

Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement (but without prejudice to Clause 25.4 (I) or the provisions of this Agreement relating to or requiring action by the Majority Banks) the interests of the Co-Arrangers, the Issuing Banks, the Agent, the Security Agent, the Banks and the Standby Lender are several and the amount due to the Co-Arrangers, each Issuing Bank, the Agent, the Security Agent, each Bank and the Standby Lender (each for its own account) is a separate and independent debt. The Co-Arrangers, the Issuing Banks, the Agent, the Security Agent, any Bank and the Standby Lender shall have the right to protect and enforce its rights arising out of this Agreement and it shall not be necessary for the Co-Arrangers, any Issuing Bank, the Agent, the Security Agent, any Bank or the Standby Lender (as the case may be) to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose.
