Interest Shortfall Amount definition

Interest Shortfall Amount means, with respect to a Buyer Calculation Period, an amount equal to:
Interest Shortfall Amount means, for any Payment Date and a Class of Notes, the excess, if any of (a) the Interest Payment Amount for such Class of Notes for the immediately preceding Payment Date over (b) the amount paid to the holders of such Class of Notes in respect of the Interest Payment Amount for such Class of Notes on such immediately preceding Payment Date plus interest on that amount at the applicable Note Rate.
Interest Shortfall Amount is defined in Section 5A.3(c).

  • The aggregate of the Servicing Fees payable to the Servicer for any month with respect to the Mortgage Loans shall be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfall Amount with respect to such month.

More Definitions of Interest Shortfall Amount

Interest Shortfall Amount means, as to any Distribution Date and any Class of Regular Certificates, the amount, if any, by which the amount distributed on such Class on such Distribution Date in respect of interest is less than the related Optimal Interest Distribution Amount.
Interest Shortfall Amount means, on any Guarantor Payment Date, an amount equal to the difference, if positive, between (a) the aggregate amounts payable (but for the operation ofclause 13 (Enforcement of Security, Non Petition and Limited Recourse) of the Intercreditor Agreement) under items (First) to (Fourth) of the Pre-Issuer Default Interest Priority of Payments; and (b) the Interest Available Funds (net of such Interest Shortfall Amount) on such Guarantor Payment Date.
