Interest Hedge Transaction means, for an Interest Rate Conversion, one or more interest rate swap transactions entered into by the Bank with a Counterparty as of the Execution Date and in accordance with the Conversion Guidelines, in connection with the Interest Rate Conversion.

Examples of Interest Hedge Transaction in a sentence

  • For Interest Rate Conversions, the terms of the relevant Interest Hedge Transaction reflect: (i) the relevant Conversion Period; (ii) the interest rate (without the floor) prevailing in the Loan Currency on the Execution Date in respect of such portion of the Loan; and (iii) the repayment provisions relating to such portion.

  • Hedging Entity means (a) the Issuer or (b) any Affiliate or any entity (or entities) acting on behalf of the Issuer as specified in the applicable Issue Terms that is engaged in any underlying or hedging transactions related to the Equity in respect of the Issuer’s obligations under the Notes.
