Intercompany Transactions definition

Intercompany Transactions means the intercompany transactions described in the Confidential Information Memorandum dated March 15, 2016.

More Definitions of Intercompany Transactions

Intercompany Transactions means the intercompany transactions described in the Confidential Information Memorandum dated March 15, 2016. “Intercreditor Agreement” means an intercreditor agreement dated as of the Escrow Release Date, among the Loan Parties, the Collateral Agent, thecollateral agent in respect of the Senior Secured Notes and the collateral agent in respect of the Additional Bridge Facility, in form and substance reasonablysatisfactory to the Collateral Agent and the Borrower.
Intercompany Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.22(b).
Intercompany Transactions means, collectively, all transactions of any nature between the Corporation and any Person associated with or related to the Corporation or otherwise not dealing with the Corporation on an arms- length basis.
