Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.

Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.
Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).
Integrity means that personal data should be accurate and suitable for the purpose for which it is processed.
Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

Directory means a directory of certified minority business enterprises and women business enterprises maintained and published by a Certifying Entity. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of the firm’s last certification and the Area of Specialty in which the firm is certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE and WBE firms.
SOFR Administrator’s Website means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source for the secured overnight financing rate identified as such by the SOFR Administrator from time to time.
Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.
Password is the customer-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign-on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;
Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—
