Instructions Letter definition

Instructions Letter means the irrevocable instructions letter executed by the Borrower substantially in the form of Annex C.
Instructions Letter has the meaning ascribed to this term in Section 2.6 (ii) of this Agreement.
Instructions Letter means the irrevocable in- structions letter executed by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • The Company shall cause its counsel to issue the legal opinion referred to in the TA Instructions Letter to the Company’s transfer agent from and after the Applicable Date to the extent permissible by law.

  • The Company represents and warrants that no instruction other than the TA Instructions Letter referred to in this Section will be given by the Company to its transfer agent with respect to the securities, and that the securities shall otherwise be freely transferable on the books and records of the Company, as applicable, to the extent provided in this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.

  • The Principal less the amount already provided and used as set out in Section 2.1 (i.e. the sum of US $300,000) shall be placed in escrow with Primes, Shiloh, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ - Law Firm, within 14 days after the date hereof, pursuant to the Escrow Instructions Letter set out in the attached Schedule 3 and forms an integral and binding part of this Agreement.

Related to Instructions Letter

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).

  • Disbursement Instruction Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit M to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(xi), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.
