Inspection of Agreement. A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times at the principal corporate trust office of the Warrant Agent for inspection by the holder of any Warrant Certificate. The Warrant Agent may require such holder to submit his Warrant Certificate for inspection by it.
Inspection of Agreement. A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times during normal business hours at the Corporate Trust Office for inspection by any Holder.

Inspection of Agreement. A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times at the office of the Equity Warrant Agent, for inspection by the Holders of Equity Warrants.
Inspection of Agreement. A copy of this Agreement shall be available during business hours at the office of the Debt Warrant Agent for inspection by any Holder. The Debt Warrant Agent may require such Holder to submit its Debt Warrant Certificate for inspection prior to making such copy available.
Inspection of Agreement. A copy of this Agreement shall be available during regular business hours at the principal corporate trust office of the Preference Warrant Agent, for inspection by the holder of any Preference Warrant Certificate. The Preference Warrant Agent may require such holder to submit his Preference Warrant Certificate for inspection by it.
