Initially Determined definition

Initially Determined means any Indemnity Claim Amount that has either been agreed to as due and owing or for which a judgment or order has been signed by a trial court or arbitrator disposing of such Indemnity Claim Amount and determining that such Indemnity Claim Amount is due and owing by the APL Parties, notwithstanding whether any party appeals all or any part of such judgment.

  • If the Initially Determined Purchase Price is different than the Estimated Purchase Price, the Parties agree promptly to revise the Estimated Purchase Price Note to reflect the Initially Determined Purchase Price.

  • The Seller and the Buyer shall revise the Estimated or Initially Determined Purchase Price Note, as the case may be, to confirm that such note is the Finally Determined Purchase Price Note.

  • Finally Determined means, with respect to any Action or other matter, that the outcome or resolution of such Action or matter has been judicially determined by judgment or order not subject to further appeal or discretionary review.

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • Initial determination means the first child custody determination concerning a particular child.

  • Certified mills means the lesser of 18 mills or the number of mills of school operating taxes levied by the district in 1993-94.

  • Final Recovery Determination With respect to any defaulted Mortgage Loan or any REO Property (other than a Mortgage Loan or REO Property purchased by the Responsible Party as contemplated by this Agreement), a determination made by the Servicer that all Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and other payments or recoveries which the Servicer, in its reasonable good faith judgment, expects to be finally recoverable in respect thereof have been so recovered.
