Initial Ownership Program definition

Initial Ownership Program means the program primarily described in Article V hereof.

  • An Initial Ownership Program Participant who does not submit a properly completed Participant’s Election Form (within the time period required by the Administrator) to elect to participate in the ISOP or does not meet Initial Ownership eligibility requirements shall not be eligible for the Initial Ownership Credit, but may be allowed to elect to participate in the other portions of the ISOP in accordance with its terms.
