These tools try to identify (possibly obfuscated) sensitive data in the traffic.
In the event the Initial Offer Expiration Time has been extended pursuant to this Agreement, such later date and time to which the Initial Offer Expiration Time has been extended pursuant to this Agreement shall be referred to herein as the “Expiration Time”.
Offer Expiration Date has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Offer to Purchase.”
Fundamental Change Expiration Time shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(b)(ix).

Initial Offer Period means the period determined by the Directors during which Shares of any class are offered by the ICAV for purchase or subscription at the Initial Price.
Initial Offering Period means the initial period during which a Series of the Trust will offer its Shares prior to the commencement of investment operations of such Series;
Warrant Expiration Date means 5:00 P.M. (New York time) on __________, 2001 or the Redemption Date as defined in Section 8, whichever is earlier; provided that if such date shall in the State of New York be a holiday or a day on which banks are authorized or required to close, then 5:00 P.M. (New York time) on the next following day which in the State of New York is not a holiday or a day on which banks are authorized or required to close. Upon notice to all warrantholders the Company shall have the right to extend the warrant expiration date.
L/C Expiration Date means the day that is thirty days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.
Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;
Termination Time means the time at which the right to exercise Rights shall terminate pursuant to Section 5.1.
Initial Offer Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
Initial Offering means the Company’s first firm commitment underwritten public offering of its Common Stock registered under the Securities Act.
Tender Offer Date means, in respect of a Tender Offer, the date on which voting Shares in the amount of the applicable percentage threshold are actually purchased or otherwise obtained (as determined by the Calculation Agent).
Exercise Notice Deadline In respect of any exercise of Options hereunder on any Conversion Date, the “Scheduled Trading Day” prior to the scheduled first “VWAP Trading Day” of the “Observation Period” (each as defined in the Indenture, but, in the case of any such Observation Period, as modified by the provision set forth opposite the caption “Convertible Security Settlement Method”) relating to the Convertible Securities converted on the Conversion Date occurring on the relevant Exercise Date; provided that in the case of any exercise of Options hereunder in connection with the conversion of any Relevant Convertible Securities on any Conversion Date occurring during the period starting on and including June 4, 2020 and ending on and including the second “Scheduled Trading Day” immediately preceding the “Maturity Date” (each as defined in the Indenture) (the “Final Conversion Period”), the Exercise Notice Deadline shall be noon, New York City time, on the “Scheduled Trading Day” (as defined in the Indenture) immediately preceding the “Maturity Date” (as defined in the Indenture).
Offer Deadline means the exact date and time when no Offer submitted thereafter may be considered or accepted by District.
Offer Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(f).
Initial Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).
Stated Expiration Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(d).
Cure Expiration Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(a).
First Offer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.
Consummation Deadline As defined in Section 3(b) hereof.
Release Expiration Date means the date that is twenty-one (21) days following the date upon which the Company timely delivers to Executive the Release (which shall occur no later than seven (7) days after the Date of Termination), or in the event that such termination of employment is “in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program” (as such phrase is defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended), the date that is forty-five (45) days following such delivery date.
Call Date means the date specified in the notice to holders required under Section 5(d) as the Call Date.
Initial Optional Purchase Date The first Distribution Date following the date on which the Aggregate Loan Balance is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
Put Notice Date means the Trading Day, as set forth below, immediately following the day on which the Investor receives a Put Notice, however a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered on (a) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 9:00 am Eastern Time, or (b) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 9:00 am Eastern Time on a Trading Day. No Put Notice may be deemed delivered on a day that is not a Trading Day.
Term Expiration Date means the earlier of (i) the date that is thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date; provided that if such date occurs within an NFL Season or within thirty (30) days following an NFL Season, such date shall be automatically extended to the date that is thirty (30) days following the end of such NFL Season, as applicable, or (ii) the date on which the Stadium Lease is terminated pursuant to the express rights and terms of the Stadium Lease.
