Initial Employee definition

Initial Employee means a probationary Employee initially engaged pursuant to the provisions of Articles 11 and 12 of this Collective Agreement, in training for a maximum period of six (6) months from the initial date of employment, and who, by virtue of being in such a training period, has not achieved permanent status.

Examples of Initial Employee in a sentence
