Related to ING Fees
Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.
Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
Annual Fees means annual Trustee Fees and annual fees related to monitoring Tax Increment, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.
Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).
