Facing Fee definition

Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

Examples of Facing Fee in a sentence

• The Issuing Lender Fees and the Letter of Credit Facing Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter.
