infected file means a file that has been identified to contain computer viruses, malware or any other harmful software that can potentially compromise the integrity and security of the Register’s systems including the RCMS.

Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.
