Individual Child Placement Referral ("ICPR means the Child-specific placement referral that details the applicable program related to services to be rendered by the Contractor per the Contractor's established and approved rates in Attachment 1 to this Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.   • A Department Managed Foster Home (DCS foster home) or a CPA may request a review of a foster child’s initial category of supervision as shown on the Individual Child Placement Referral (ICPR).
