Incorporation of Plan Terms. The Option is granted subject to all of the applicable terms and provisions of the Plan, including, but not limited to, the limitations on the Company's obligation to deliver Optioned Shares upon exercise set forth in Section 9.1 (Violation of Law), Section 9.2 (Corporate Restrictions on Rights in Stock), Section 9.3 (Investment Representations) and Section 9.7 (Tax Withholding).
Incorporation of Plan Terms. This award is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. Such terms and conditions of the Plan are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflicts between the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of the Plan, the terms of the Plan will control. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Plan unless the context clearly requires an alternative meaning.
Incorporation of Plan Terms. This Option is granted subject to all of the applicable terms and provisions of the Plan, including but not limited to the limitations on the Company’s obligation to deliver Optioned Shares upon exercise set forth in Section 10 (Settlement of Awards).
Incorporation of Plan Terms. The sale of the Shares to the Stockholder pursuant to this Agreement is subject to all of the applicable terms of the Plan, including, but not limited to, Section 9 (Settlement of Awards).
Incorporation of Plan Terms. All provisions of the Plan, including definitions (to the extent that a different definition is not provided in this Agreement), are incorporated herein and expressly made a part of this Agreement by reference. The Participant hereby acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of the Plan.
Incorporation of Plan Terms. Except as otherwise provided herein in Section 5 above, this Option is granted subject to all of the applicable terms and provisions of the Plan, including but not limited to Section 8 of the Plan, “Adjustment Provisions”, and the limitations on the Company’s obligation to deliver Option Shares upon exercise set forth in Section 10 of the Plan, “Settlement of Awards”. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned under the Plan.
Incorporation of Plan Terms. The Option is granted subject to all of the applicable terms and provisions of the Plan and may be amended as provided in the Plan. This Agreement does not set forth all of the terms and conditions of the Plan, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Incorporation of Plan Terms. This Option is granted subject to, and the Optionee hereby expressly agrees to, all of the applicable terms and provisions of the Plan, including but not limited to the limitations set forth in Section 9 therein.
Incorporation of Plan Terms. The terms and conditions of the Plan are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. In the event of any difference between the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of the Plan, the terms of the Plan will control.
