Income return definition
Income return means an income tax return or information return required under section 422.15, subsection 2, or section 422.36, 422.37, or 422.62.
Income return has the meaning provided in Section 3.5.
Income return means an investment’s net operating income divided by the value of the investment, determined in the manner used by NCREIF for the Sub-Indices.
