Implementation Budget definition

Implementation Budget or “IIBA Implementation Budget” means the annual budget for the cost of implementing this Agreement during a QIA Fiscal Year, established pursuant to Subsection 4.10.2;
Implementation Budget means the amount of money BPA shall make available to Customer_Name, included in Exhibit A, to expend on Implementation Costs during the Implementation Period.
Implementation Budget means the amount of money BPA shall make available to Ashland, included in Exhibit A, to expend on Implementation Costs during the Implementation Period.

Examples of Implementation Budget in a sentence

  • AEM shall assume all of the expenses related to the activities of the BOC, including KIA’s costs in accordance with the Annual Implementation Budget.

  • AEM shall assume all of the expenses related to the activities of the ECC, including KIA’s costs in accordance with the Annual Implementation Budget.

  • The Implementation Budget shall identify the amounts of contributions and expenses, including direct and indirect implementation costs that the Parties anticipate will be incurred during the forthcoming QIA Fiscal Year that may be necessary or desirable for the continued implementation of this IIBA.

  • The annual budget for the Employment Committee and the Contracting Committee will be included in the Implementation Budget as set forth in Section 4.10.

  • The Parties agree that there shall be an Implementation Budget established annually for each QIA Fiscal Year or portion of a QIA Fiscal Year until Project Termination in the general form of budget document agreed to by the Joint Executive Committee from time to time.

  • The required contributions and permitted expenses to be set forth in an Implementation Budget shall be approved by the Joint Executive Committee and are subject to arbitration pursuant to Article 21 in the event that the Joint Executive Committee is unable to reach a decision, with assistance of the Employment Committee or Contracting Committee, based on the respective rights and obligations of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement.

  • This Agreement includes an Implementation Budget intended to satisfy BPA’s obligations during the term of this Agreement, including obligations during rate periods where a conservation rate credit may not be available.

  • Upon receipt, either Party may request a meeting to discuss the actual costs and a proposed revision to the Initial Implementation Budget or the Annual Implementation Budget and the Parties shall forthwith enter into good faith negotiations concerning revisions to either Budget.

  • When BPA notifies Sumas of its Initial Implementation Budget for the upcoming Rate Period pursuant to section 3(b) above, BPA shall also notify Sumas of its Performance Payment classification category and rate for the upcoming Rate Period.

  • Subject to any revision to the Initial Implementation Budget or the Annual Implementation Budget agreed to by the Parties, any difference shall be credited to or against the next payment due to KIA.

Related to Implementation Budget

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
