Illegal drug means a controlled substance, but does not include a controlled substance that is legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under the Controlled Substances Act or under any other provision of federal law.

Principal Trading Market means the national securities exchange or other trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Original Issue Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Invalid Drug Test means the result of a drug test for an oral fluid specimen that contains an unidentified adulterant, or an unidentified substance, that has abnormal physical characteristics, or that has an endogenous substance at an abnormal concentration preventing the laboratory from completing or obtaining a valid drug test result.
