Illegal Trading definition

Illegal Trading means transactions involving illegal trafficking of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals using electronic devices such as, but not limited to, text messages, e-mail, mobile or landlines, two-way radios, internet, instant messengers and chat rooms or acting as a broker in any such transactions whether for money or any other consideration in violation of this Act (RA 9165).

  • Illegal drug means a controlled substance, but does not include a controlled substance that is legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under the Controlled Substances Act or under any other provision of federal law.

  • Illegal drugs means a controlled substance except for those legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under the Controlled Substances Act or any other federal law.

  • Illegal Activity means the wilful possession of an illegal drug, dangerous object, or stolen item.

  • Principal Trading Market means the national securities exchange or other trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Original Issue Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

  • Invalid Drug Test means the result of a drug test for an oral fluid specimen that contains an unidentified adulterant, or an unidentified substance, that has abnormal physical characteristics, or that has an endogenous substance at an abnormal concentration preventing the laboratory from completing or obtaining a valid drug test result.
