Invalid Drug Test definition

Invalid Drug Test means the result of a drug test for an oral fluid specimen that contains an unidentified adulterant, or an unidentified substance, that has abnormal physical characteristics, or that has an endogenous substance at an abnormal concentration preventing the laboratory from completing or obtaining a valid drug test result.

Related to Invalid Drug Test

  • Illegal drug means a controlled substance, but does not include a controlled substance legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional, or a substance that is otherwise legally possessed or used under the authority of the Controlled Substances Act or under any other provision of federal law.
