Illegal or Controlled Substances definition

Illegal or Controlled Substances means, but is not limited to, inhalants, marijuana, cocaine, LSD, PCP, amphetamines, heroin, steroids, look-alike drugs, non-prescribed prescription drugs and any substances commonly referred to as "designer drugs."

Illegal or Controlled Substances means a 29 controlled substance included in Schedule I or II as defined by section 802(6) of 30 Title 21 of the United States Code, the possession of which is unlawful under 31 Chapter 13 of the Title.
