Illegal or Controlled Substances definition

Illegal or Controlled Substances means, but is not limited to, inhalants, marijuana, cocaine, LSD, PCP, amphetamines, heroin, steroids, look-alike drugs, non-prescribed prescription drugs and any substances commonly referred to as "designer drugs."
Illegal or Controlled Substances means a 29 controlled substance included in Schedule I or II as defined by section 802(6) of 30 Title 21 of the United States Code, the possession of which is unlawful under 31 Chapter 13 of the Title. The termillegal drugs” does not mean the use of a 32 controlled substance pursuant to a valid prescription or other uses authorized by 33 law.
