IFA Clients definition

IFA Clients means the clients of the Client’s independent financial advisers. Insurance means standard professional indemnity insurance.

  • The Client must: Pay the Contractor the Fees within 7 days of receipt of an invoice pursuant to this Agreement; Ensure that a completed Para Planning Request Form is provided as soon as possible to enable the Contractor to complete each statement of advice (as referred to in the Services); and, Ensure that the Contractor is provided with sufficient and appropriate information to enable the Contractor to provide the Services, including services requested by IFA Clients.

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.
