IB Services means Services B2B-TSA8043A, B2B-TSA 8043B, B2B-TSA8047 and B2B-TSA8049, as set forth in Schedule A to the Transition Services Agreement.

IB Services. A Service that may be provided at any time during the effectiveness of this Agreement on an as needed basis the payment for which shall be made in accordance with an adjustment to the intercompany account balance under the Credit Agreement or an International Credit Agreement, as the case may be.
