HTVB AGREEMENT definition

HTVB AGREEMENT means the standard agreement prepared by FIVB which shall be signed by the NF/OC and by the HTVB, regulating, among others, the obligations of the TV production, minimum broadcasting as well as the broadcasting rights granted to the HTVB. In case of appointment of a DB and of an OTP, this term shall mean the respective DB and OTP agreements.
