Holder Notice definition

Holder Notice means a Holder Notice in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

• If a Repurchase Event occurs, in addition to any other right of the Holder, the Holder shall have the right, at the Holder’s option, to require the Company to repurchase all of this Note, or any portion hereof on the repurchase date that is five Business Days after the date of the Holder Notice delivered with respect to such Repurchase Event.
