Holdback Receivable definition

Holdback Receivable means any Receivable in respect of which the Seller has held back Holdback Funds from the purchase price payable by the Seller to the related Claimant.
Holdback Receivable means [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].
Holdback Receivable has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(a).

  • In addition, to the extent used pursuant to Section 2.05 to make payments pursuant to Sections 2.02(c)(i) or 2.03, the Holdback Receivable shall be retained by Seller and its Affiliates in the PNC Collection Account or transferred by Seller to its operating account or any other account at Seller’s sole and absolute discretion.
