Hermes Contract definition

Hermes Contract means Contract No. 1269 between Hellenic Aerospace Industry S.A. and Gichner (UK) LTD for the procurement of mobile shelters type S-280 C/G dated February 26, 2004 and as amended on March 2, 2010.

  • Sales Contract means any contract under which the trader transfers or undertakes to transfer the ownership of goods to the consumer and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay the price thereof, including any contract having as its object both goods and services;

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

  • Futures Contract means a Financial Futures Contract and/or Stock Index Futures Contracts.

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.
