Harvest Direct to Vessel definition

Harvest Direct to Vessel means the product offered by CBH and Acquirers which enables You to deliver grain direct to Port during the Harvest Period where it is linked to an Acquirer’s export nomination.
Harvest Direct to Vessel means the specific services provided by CBH and obligations of the Customer as set out in Schedule 5 of this Agreement.

  • Subject to regulation means, for any air pollutant, that the pollutant is subject to either a provision in the Clean Air Act, or a nationally applicable regulation codified by the Administrator in 40 CFR Subchapter C (Air Programs) that requires actual control of the quantity of emissions of that pollutant, and that such a control requirement has taken effect and is operative to control, limit or restrict the quantity of emissions of that pollutant released from the regulated activity, except that:

  • the Administration Act means the Social Security Administration Act 1992;

  • Co-Venturer means any other entity with whom the Company or an Affiliate of Company is or may be from time to time a Party to a joint operating agreement or unitisation agreement or similar agreement relating to the operations for which the Work is being performed or otherwise for whose benefit the Work are being performed and the successors in interest of such Co-Venturer or the assignees of any interest of such Co-Venturer.

  • Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • Anticorruption Laws means the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, or any other anticorruption or anti-bribery Applicable Law applicable to the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • tender for income-generating contracts means a written offer in the form determined by an organ of state in response to an invitation for the origination of income-generating contracts through any method envisaged in legislation that will result in a legal agreement between the organ of state and a third party that produces revenue for the organ of state, and includes, but is not limited to, leasing and disposal of assets and concession contracts, excluding direct sales and disposal of assets through public auctions; and

  • foreign fishing vessel means any fishing vessel other than a local fishing vessel;

  • Applicable Data Protection Laws means all national, international and local laws, regulations and rules by any government, agency or authority relating to data protection and privacy which are applicable to CPA Global or the Customer, including but not limited to The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), (GDPR);

  • 6.-(1) In this Act an earlier trade mark” means -

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction means any foreign country that has been designated as noncooperative with international anti-money laundering principles or procedures by an intergovernmental group or organization, such as the Financial Task Force on Money Laundering, of which the U.S. is a member and with which designation the U.S. representative to the group or organization continues to concur;

  • Liquor Act means the Liquor Act 2007 and any regulation made under the Liquor Act 2007. Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Reactive Power means the power component which does not produce work but is necessary to allow some equipment to operate, and is measured in kiloVolt Amperes Reactive (kVAR);

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their Member States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Gaming Laws means all applicable constitutions, treaties, laws, rates, regulations and orders and statutes pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming, gambling or casino activities and all rules, rulings, orders, ordinances, regulations of any Gaming Authority applicable to the gambling, casino, gaming businesses or activities of Owner or any of its subsidiaries in any jurisdiction, as in effect from time to time, including the policies, interpretations and administration thereof by the Gaming Authorities.

  • (1) In this Act employee” means an individual who has entered into or works under (or, where the employment has ceased, worked under) a contract of employment.

  • Base jurisdiction means the member jurisdiction, selected in accordance with the plan, to which an applicant applies for apportioned registration under the plan or the member jurisdiction that issues apportioned registration to a registrant under the plan.

  • Placed for adoption means the assumption and retention of a legal obligation by a person for the total or partial support of a child in anticipation of adoption of the child.   • Company By-laws means the Amended and Restated By-laws of the Company.

  • Clean water standards, as used in this clause, means any enforceable limitation, control, condition, prohibition, standard, or other requirement promulgated under the Water Act or contained in a permit issued to a discharger by the Environmental Protection Agency or by a State under an approved program, as authorized by Section 402 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1342), or by local government to ensure compliance with pre-treatment regulations as required by Section 307 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1317).

  • European Data Protection Laws means the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and data protection laws of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and their member states and the FADP.
