Specific Services Provided. INITIAL The service provided by this Law Enforcement Officer(s) assigned to the above business or organization, if law enforcement action is required, shall be to enforce municipal, state and federal laws. This contract is for police services only and does not exempt applicants from obtaining other necessary permits for this event. Financial Agreement INITIAL Police Service Contracts shall be for a minimum of two (2) hours. The charge for officers shall be set at an hourly rate of $110 for 2023. (Includes: Wages, Social Security, Workers Comp., Shift Differential, Longevity, Township Share, Benefits required*) Includes health insurance/pension required by Union Agreement Fraternal Order of Police Aliquippa Lodge No. 26. Plus the cost for fuel at $25/day. The business\organization's representative agrees to reimburse or pay in advance to Hopewell Township under the terms of this agreement for police services provided. Reimbursement for services will be made within fifteen (15) days of notice to Hopewell Township. Type of payment will be approved by the township finance director. Financial transactions will be paid to Hopewell Township and not the individual officer concerned. Records

Specific Services Provided. Services provided to students shall include treatment sessions with frequency and duration as determined appropriate by Therapists. Additionally, treatment shall include an initial evaluation performed by Therapists and regularly kept documentation and records of treatments and progress. Hospital’s Therapists shall cooperate and, if necessary, participate in individual educational plan meetings. Hospital and School shall mutually schedule Services as and when needed.

  • Specific Services Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Director of Health and Human Services Agency or his or her designee.

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund: § Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; · OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state); § Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations. § Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.11, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions:
