Hardware Fee definition

Hardware Fee means the sums payable by Licensee in consideration of the transfer to Licensee of title to the Appliance Hardware in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Hardware Fee means the fee set forth in the Quote. The Hardware Fee is subject to change as provided in 8(b).

  • Agency will pay Flock the first Usage Fee, the Installation Fee and any Hardware Fee (defined on the Order Form, together the “Initial Fees”) as set forth on the Order Form on or before the 7th day following the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • The Initial Hardware Fee shall be computed based upon the actual number of dining seats that Franchisee installs in the Franchise Location on or before the Opening Date.

  • Each Monthly Hardware Fee shall be due and payable on the 1st day of each month for the remainder of the term of the Agreement.

  • ClimaTrack retains title to the Appliance until such time as the Evaluation Term as stated on the first page of this Loan Agreement document expires and You pay the Hardware Fee.

  • The title to the Hardware shall pass to the Customer on payment in full and in cleared funds of the Hardware Fee and any other sums which may then be due under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Hardware Fee

Hardware Fee means the fee set forth in the Order Form. The Flex Hardware Fee is subject to change as provided in this Exhibit.

Related to Hardware Fee

  • Installation Fee means charges payable by the Customer for the installation of the service as provided in the Order Form;

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.
