Gulfs area means the sea area located northwest of the rhumb line between Ras al Hadd (22°30' N., 059°48' E.) and Ras al Fasteh (25°04' N., 061°25' E.).

  • If, in Gulf's reasonable opinion, such asset or activity is in the normal course of Gulf's and the Company's business, Gulf may submit the question of whether or not the asset or activity should be part of the Business to the Resolution Committee as contemplated by Section 3.3, the decision of which shall be final and binding.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Company acquires an asset or begins performing an activity outside the oil and gas business or scope of Gulf's normal course of business, the Company may request that such new assets or activity be excluded from the Business.
